Martin Belton of Martins Estate Agents, started his independent career in 1979 having worked for a large local firm of estate agents during the previous 10 years. Martin was a partner of Belton & Duffey for many years and left in 2004 to concentrate on building Martins Estate Agents from the office based in Hunstanton, Norfolk, England. Martin himself has built a considerable wealth of experience and an enviable reputation as a property consultant, specialising in residential sales, valuations and lettings
Martin has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) for many years and Lynda Brister and Sue Wood, two of Martins original team, have now also qualified and become partners in the business.
Martins have just recently celebrated their third anniversary in Hunstanton and have undoubtedly made a considerable impact locally. Coinciding with this they have expanded into the adjoining premises and now offer the largest window display of any estate agent in the town.
